Shawn Pelofsky's Bio

Shawn was born one out of only ten Jews in Oklahoma. When she’s not touring or performing for our troops in places like Afghanistan, Bosnia, Bahrain and Guantanamo Bay, she can be seen in Los Angeles at The World Famous Comedy Store. She has opened up for greats such as Richard Lewis, Robert Klein, Bill Maher and written for comedic legend, Joan Rivers on Fashion Police. 

Her T.V. credits include Community (NBC), Lip Service (Showtime), Chelsea Lately (E!), The Gossip Queens (LOGO), Comics Unleashed and the cult hit film, Free Enterprise starring William Shatner. With an outstanding reputation as a proud ally of the LGBTQ community, Shawn is taking audiences by storm performing worldwide on Atlantis Cruises and at gay prides and HRC events.
